Introduction

Aadya Shri Nijaligeshwar Shikshan Sansthe initially was established on 18/04/1991, only with one institution that is Kannada Pre Primary and Kannada Primary Schools by the blessings of Aadya Shri Nijaligeshwar Swamiji. We are proud to say that we have now 13 groups of institutions. First chairman of the institution was Dr. B.K.Kurbet in the year 1991. In the year 1991-92 Shri Malharigouda.S.Patil then Irrigation Minister of Karnataka Government and his friends took up the challenge of building up this institution and now it has flourished and progressed in to a strong organization.

Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery | BHMS Degree Course

The Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) Degree course is of 4 1/2 years duration plus compulsory Internship of one year after passing the Final Degree Examination. The curriculum consists of following subjects of study and Examination of the BHMS (Degree) Course.Medicine, Community Medicine, Repertory & Case taking, Organon of Medicine & Materia MedicaWithout clearing of all the subjects of I year BHMS the student is not allowed to 2nd year BHMS. ATKT (allowed to keep term) system is applicable from 2nd year onwards.After completion of 4th year BHMS the student has to do one year of internship compulsorily.

Eligibility | A candidate must have passed the two year P.U.C examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent with English as one of the languages and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects to be for eligible for admission to I BHMS Course.
A candidate who has passed B.Sc. Part-I Degree examination of any University in India or recognized as equivalent with the following science subjects namely Chemistry, Botany & Zoology is eligible for admission to I BHMS Course, provided the candidate has passed the PUC or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as optional and English as one of the languages.
A candidate who has passed B.Sc. Degree examination of any University in India or recognized as equivalent with the following science subjects namely Chemistry, Botany and Zoology is eligible for admission to I BHMS Course provided the candidate has passed P.U.C. equivalent examination with Physics. Chemistry & Biology as optional and English as one of the languages at the Pre-University or B.Sc. Part-I level.
A candidate should have attained age of 17 years on or before 31 st December of the year of his/her admission.
The candidates who have passed the qualifying exam other than PUC-II Science of Karnataka State, should obtain Eligibility Certificate issued by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, Bangalore at the time of admission to I year of BHMS Course.
