AISSMS College of Pharmacy, Pune is a Pharmacy college affiliated to the AICTE, PCI, New Delh and University of Pune, India. It was established in 1996. AISSMS COP is among the top Pharmacy colleges in the private sector in Maharashtra. AISSMS (All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society) is an Institute founded by Chattrapati Shri Shahu Maharaj and H. H. Shri Madhavraoji Scindia. AISSMS college of Pharmacy is located close to the Regional Transport Office and shares its campus with an Engineering college and Business School. At present, the following courses are conducted at the institution-Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm),Masters in Pharmacy (M.Pharm). Recently AISSMS COP has been recognized as a PhD institute. The college is located on 72,000 sq. ft of land.

Out of total admissions at B. Pharm (i.e. 60), about 80% admissions are done through Centralized Admission Procedure run by Government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai on the basis of MHT-CET score. The MHT-CET test is conducted by the Government of Maharashtra, Admission Regulatory Commission and State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai. The centralized admissions are done by Government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai, having website www.dte.org.in/ www.dmer.org. Remaining 20% admissions are done by the Management at the Institute level on the basis of MHT-CET.

The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed Higher Secondary school certificate (10+2) Examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subject English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics and secured minimum 45% marks i.e. 135 marks out of 300 marks (40 % marks i.e. 120 marks out of 300 marks for Backward class category candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics (Maximum marks obtained in Biology or Mathematics shall be considered for purpose of addition).

The candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the Bachelor of Pharmacy with minimum 55 % marks (50 % marks for Backward class category candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only) from any recognized University or an Institution affiliated to any University recognized by University grants commission (UGC) and should have GPAT score.
Our college is PhD Research Center in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
Also it is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. Hence, for the Ph. D. admission process and Rules, please refer
