Course Offered

LL.B. – Three years course after Graduation of any faculty with minimum 40% for candidates belonging to S.C./S.T. & 45% marks for others.
B.B.A LLB – Five course Bachelor of Law (B.A.LL.B ) after Passing XII std./HSC Exam or equivalent exam with minimum 40% marks for candidates belonging to S.C./S.T. & 45% marks for others.
D.T.L. – Diploma in Taxation Law. (Graduate of any faculty)
D.L.L. & L.W. – Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (Graduate of any faculty).

The Law College is a Constituent Unit of Shri Shivaji Maratha Society, Pune, vide the Government of Maharashtra (Departments of Education) .Notification No. NMV 2003/Law/12/03M/S -3, Higher Education Maharashtra State & is approved by Bar Council of India & affiliated to Pune university.

FEE STRUCTURE:

The fee structure is as per the rules and regulations made by the Government of Maharashtra. The fee structure for students from out of Maharashtra and also foreign students will be as per rules made applicable from time to time. Fee structure and other charges for uniform, Tutorial Books, Practical Training Journals will be provided at the time of Admission.
