Eligibility

  • A candidate for admission to this course shall have passed the PUC / 10+2 years of schooling recognized by the educational authorities of the central or state government or possess such academic qualifications which are considered equivalent to 10+2 courses by the Bar Council of India.
  • Such candidates shall have obtained a minimum aggregate marks of 45% for General category (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%), 42% for OBC (41.5% and above shall be treated as 42%) and 40% for SC/ST (39.5% and above shall be treated as 40%) in all the qualifying examination..
  • Reservations for the SC/ST and other backward classes shall be governed by the University/Govt.orders.

Course Structure:

  • The course of study extends over a period of five academic years and consists of ten semesters.
  • The medium of Instruction is English. (However the examination may be written either in English or Kannada)

Eligibility

  • A candidate for admission to this course shall possess a degree of any other recognized University.
  • Such candidates shall have obtained a minimum aggregate marks of 45% for General Category (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%), 42% for OBC (41.5% and above shall be treated as 42%) and 40% for SC/ST (39.5% and above shall be treated as 40%) in all the Degree examination put together.
  • The student should belong to the 10+2+3 pattern of studies.
  • Reservations for the SC/ST and other backward classes shall be governed by the University/Govt.orders.

Admission Procedures

  1. Admission to the course shall be made strictly on the basis of the merit taking into account total marks obtained in the qualifying examination.,
  2. Provided that while making admission to the course reservation policy of the Government of Karnataka governing admission to higher educational institutions issued from time to time shall be applied.
