Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University College of Ayurved has carved a ‘niche’ in the vast field of Ayurveda, not only in India but also globally. This is the pioneer Ayurved College in Maharashtra to start Ayurved education in English medium.The college has earned its reputation due to well equipped laboratories, herbal garden, teaching pharmacy, clinics, hospital facilities and dedicated faculty. The hospital boasts of modern facilities for authentic Ayurvedic treatments like Ksharasutra, Panchkarma and supporting modern treatments. It also runs a few special OPDs like Shwas (Asthma) OPD, Garbhasanskar OPD.

Eligibility
Students must have passed the Twelfth (10 + 2) standard with science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or any other examination recognized as equivalent to same & with English as one of the languages. He/she must have achieved minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate of the relevant science subject (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) of the 12th standard examination. Minimum age for admission is 17 years as on 31st December in the year of admission for the First BAMS course.
Mode of admission : Students are admitted to BAMS course on the basis of merit obtained by them in the All India ‘Common Entrance Test’ (CET) conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. At present centers for CET are Pune, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Baroda, Indore, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Allahabad.

Students must have passed the degree course of B.A.M.S./Ayurvedacharya and should have completed his compulsory rotatatory internship before the counseling and spot admission.
Mode of admission : Students are admitted to MD/MS(Ayurved) course on the basis of merit obtained by them in the All India ‘Ayurved Post graduate Entrance Test’ (AYU-PET) conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. The minimum eligibility marks of the entrance test for admission in the case of general candidates shall be fifty percent of the total marks and in the case of candidates belonging to the Schedule castes, scheduled Tribes and Regular Government service candidate shall be forty per cent.
