Bachelor of Dental Surgery | BDS

Allotment to the college is through the Common Entrance Test (CET) and Consortium of Medical, Engineering & Dental – Karnataka (Comed-K) held in the month of Jan – Feb for Postgraduate and April – May for Undergraduate every year in Karnataka. The minimum qualification for admission to the postgraduate program is a BDS degree or an equivalent degree recognized by DCI.
A candidate for admission to the MDS course must have a BDS degree from a college and university recognized by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru (Bangalore) and the Dental Council of India.
A candidate must hold the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery of any University recognized by the Dental Council of India and must have completed a minimum of one year as Clinical Assistant / Rehouse Surgeon / Tutor / Registrar / Intern in a recognized dental institution.
