Introduction

SKM Educational Trust was formed, with the mission to provide substance to college degrees by way of wholistic learning. Recent events and rapid changes brought about by globalization made us to re-look into how best education could be maximized, to meet the demands of globalization.
The Oxbridge College of Pharmacy, Oxbridge Business School, Oxbridge College of Science and Commerce and SKM PU College,all run under the umbrella of the Oxbridge Group of Institutions, managed by the SKM Educational Trust. The Oxbridge is a dynamic community.

We run courses under the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Science (RGUHS) and The Bangalore University (BU). We are affiliated with the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Bachelor of Pharmacy | B.Pharma

Duration : 4 yrs
Eligibility | Pass in PUC/CBSE/ICSE or 10+2 equivalent examination with minimum of 45% marks aggregate for GM candidates (40% for SC /ST , Cat. 1, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B candidates) in PCM / PCB or PCMB, PC & Comp.Sc, PC & Electronics
OR
Passed Diploma in Pharmacy Examination from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and has secured a minimum of 45% marks in final year Diploma in Pharmacy for GM candidates (40% for SC /ST , Cat. 1, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B candidates).

B.Pharma Lateral Entry (2nd Year B.Pharma)

Duration : 3 yrs
Eligibility | Passed Diploma in Pharmacy Examination from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and has secured a minimum of 45% marks in final year Diploma in Pharmacy for GM candidates (40% for SC /ST , Cat. 1, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B candidates).

M.Pharma

Duration : 2 yrs
Eligibility | Pass in Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with a minimum of 55% in aggregate from RGUHS or any other recognized Indian University as equivalent by (RGUHS), Karnataka / Pharmacy Council of India regulations. For Govt. seats – as per RGUHS regulations.

Pharma.D

Duration : 6 yrs
Eligibility | Candidate should have completed a minimum of 17 years as on 31/12/2014 and pass in PUC/CBSE/ICSE or 10+2 equivalent examination in PCM / PCB.
Passed Diploma in Pharmacy Examination from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.

Curriculum | Pharma D is a doctorate course in pharmacy. Pharm D course focuses more in clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care as well as health care. Pharm.D course focuses only on pharmacy industry and research. The course includes regular pharmacy subjects and clinical pharmacy practices. This is why this course is called an ‘integrated course’. The program trains students in clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical care. At the end of the course, students gain skills such as diagnosis and treatment of diseases, selection and therapeutic usage of drugs, monitoring of patients etc..
