SNAP Entrance Test 2019

• SNAP Test is a national-level management entrance test, conducted by Symbiosis International Deemed University (SIU). The registrations for SNAP 2019 test are underway, and the last date to register for the exam is November 26, 2018. The application forms must be filled and submitted before the deadline to avoid rejection.
• SNAP 2018 will be conducted on 15^th December 2019 in an online mode in 92 cities all over India. Every year around 50K-60K students appear for SNAP exam. Candidates are advised to go through SNAP 2018 important dates to avoid missing out on any important event. SNAP test scores are valid for admission to 15 institutes under SIU. The scores are also valid for admission to various other MBA or equivalent courses.
• The exam will be held for two hours (from 2 pm to 4 pm) and the questions asked in SNAP test will be objective in nature. The exam paper will carry 130 questions divided into 4 sections. There is no sectional cut-off in SNAP exam.

SNAP 2019 Eligibility

• SNAP 2018 Eligibility Criteria comprise two major Eligibility requirements – the first one is the eligibility criteria to appear in SNAP 2019 exam on December 16, 2018 and the other one is the individual eligibility criteria for admission to 15 Symbiosis Institutes. Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune has announced the SNAP 2019 Eligibility Criteria and the eligibility criteria to apply for admission in each of the 15 Symbiosis Institutes.
• Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is the MBA entrance test for admission to 15 Symbiosis institutes across India. The institutes award MBA degree of Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune.
• SIU Pune determines the SNAP Exam Eligibility before SNAP exam every year. Apart from the ensuring their SNAP 2019 Eligibility, the candidates appearing in SNAP exam also have to check the Institute Level Eligibility Criteria which can be different from the SNAP Exam Eligibility 2018.

• Eligibility criteria for SNAP Exam | A graduate from any recognized / statutory University with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) can apply and appear in the SNAP exam.
• Eligibility Criteria for Symbiosis Institutes | Programmes which require specific discipline/ subject specialisation offered by different Symbiosis Institutes like SSSS, Pune; SIHS Pune; SCIT Pune; SITM Pune; SCMHRD Pune; SIOM Nashik have their own eligibility criteria which should be checked on the Institute website. You should be an engineering graduate for admission to MBA Infrastructure Management at SCMHRD or to MBA Operations Management at SIOM Nashik. You must have studied Mathematics in class 12 to become eligible for MBA at SCIT and so on.
• Eligibility for Foreign University Students | SNAP 2019 exam eligibility for a candidate who has completed qualifying degree from any Foreign University is that he/she must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). All foreign degrees/ qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programme of SIU. After the Evaluation Division of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) issues equivalence certificate for foreign degrees/qualifications, the candidate will have SNAP exam eligibility and admission eligibility to the respective Symbiosis MBA programme.

SNAP 2019 Registration

• SNAP 2019 Registration and application process is open till November 26, 2018. You can register for SNAP 2018 online on the SNAP 2018 Exam website and can pay the SNAP exam fee of Rs.1750/- either online or through Demand Draft. The SNAP 2018 exam registration fee includes the fee for SNAP exam application form and for registration.
• SNAP 2019 exam pattern has been overhauled. Symbiosis International University (SIU) has brought about number of major changes in SNAP 2018 exam structure and to a large extent SNAP has moved on the lines of CAT exam. With effect from 2018, SNAP will not only consists of Objective Type MCQ questions but will also have Non MCQs. Some of the important changes introduced in SNAP 2018 testing pattern are as below:

SNAP Cutoff 2018

• SNAP 2018 exam will be held on December 16, 2018 from 2PM to 4PM.  SNAP 2018 cut offs are applicable for admission in 15 Symbiosis MBA colleges accepting SNAP score. These institutes will offer MBA admission 2019 on the basis of SNAP 2018 exam score cut offs.  These Symbiosis institutes are affiliated to Symbiosis International University, Pune.
