NATA 2024 Entrance Exam

• NATA 2024 exam will be conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA). National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level entrance examination. Through this exam, admission will be offered to 5 years Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) across India. This exam is conduct two times in a year.
• A minimum score of 70 marks out of 200 will be required by candidates to qualify the exam while a score ranging from 120-150 will be considered a good score. Candidates who qualify the cut off will be eligible for NATA 2024 Counselling for admission to architecture colleges in India.

• NATA 2024 dates have been released at nata.in. The authorities will release the NATA application form 2024 online on March 1, 2024. To participate in the examination, the NATA 2024 application form has to be filled out and submitted before the final date, which will be announced soon. The Council of Architecture (CoA) has announced major changes to NATA 2024.
• This year, NATA will be conducted from April 6, 2024, onwards on all Saturdays and Sundays. CoA will conduct the NATA 2024 exam in two sessions – Forenoon and Afternoon. The final NATA 2024 exam date is yet to be announced. The other important NATA 2024 dates are expected to be released soon. The NATA 2024 exam pattern has been revised and the question paper will consist of two sections – Drawing and Composition (online test) and MCQ section (offline test).
• After the registration process is over, the NATA 2024 admit card will be generated. While reporting for the entrance examination, the candidates will have to present their NATA admit card 2024 and identity proof. Candidates will have the choice of attempting as many sessions of NATA 2024 as they wish to. The scores obtained in the examination will be released through the NATA 2024 result. A candidate can appear in the NATA 2024 exam for maximum 3 times. The exam authorities will consider the best of the three scores for the NATA 2024 result evaluation. Qualifying in NATA 2024 is mandatory for admission to the BArch degree offered by various colleges across India. No common counselling will be conducted for NATA 2024 qualified candidates. NATA Eligibility Criteria 2024 Important Dates

Before applying for the examination, there are certain parameters that a candidate must fulfill. They are as follows:

• 10+2 graduates or appearing with Mathematics as a mandatory subject.
• 10+3 Diploma holders (any stream)/ appearing recognized by Central/ State Government with Mathematics as one of the subjects. 
• International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of schooling with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination.
• There is no age criterion for appearing in NATA 2023
• There are not any lateral admission criteria for admission in any stage/year of B .Arch course.
• There is no relaxation for special category students (SC/ST/OBC).

NATA 2023 Exam Pattern

The examination consists of 2 parts viz.

• Part A: comprises of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) to be answered online. It tests candidates on General Aptitude and Knowledge of Mathematics
• Part B: to be answered on A4 size drawing sheets. It assess candidate’s drawing/ sketching skills.
